Why me?

I have worked with inventions, inventors and entrepreneurs since I graduated of TU Delft. I have worked in the field of patents in different roles, as a patent examiner, as an inventor and as a patent attorney. I literally breathe IP, I share the same emotions, speak the same language and share the same experiences as entrepreneurs and inventors. I have given over 500 advices on IP and boosted business value in the billions of euro.

How?

I will visit your business and we will have a consultation session (usually 1,5-2 hours suffices). We will explore your goals and business strategies detailing all Intellectual Property aspects affecting your business. You will literally get all my IP knowledge condensed in this session. Most IP-advisors only focus on one or two aspects of the IP strategy. I believe only a 360 degrees IP-strategy serves you well.

We will map out if you need to file for protection of any kind, be it tradenames, trademarks, copyright and/or patents. Licensing opportunities we will explore as well. On the basis of this 360 degrees assessment, you will receive a strategic IP-advice in the form of a short report. This report will be easy to implement.
